Well, this picture has been probably taken in Ukraine: on the loudspeaker there is written "www.concert-service.com.ua", where ".ua" states for Ukraine.
"Stoli", on the upper right of the screen, is a Russian vodka brand sponsored by Hugh Hefner from Playboy, so this picture can surely come from a Playboy party.
The writing on the back prabably says "Russian Playmate 2009" or something.

Who is the big blonde guy pretending to be a woman in photo 12 with Jenya from your link immediately above? Is this the one who did an interview with Jenya awhile back? The two of them together look like an odd couple. I'm wondering if they are friends or merely associates from the event.
